Earlier Jio Summer Surprise offer was closed by reliance Jio on the Order of TRAI. In place of Summer Surprise offer Jio introduced Jio Dhan Dhana Dan offer in which user was offered 3 Months free data at 1GB per day with unlimited vouce calls in ₹309. But its look rival telecom provider are bot doing well and instead of working on there own new plans they are just filing complaint in court against Jio to stop Jio storm in the Market. Recently Vodafone has file a complaint againts Jio that Jio Dhan Dhana Dan offer is againts the norms of TRAI and Reliance Jio is still providing Free services and as per TRAI rules a company can provide free services only for a period of 90 Days and Jio is providing free service from September 2016 till 15th april after that Jio Dhana Dhana dan offer was introduced and Jio for the first time closes its freebie and become commercial in telecom market. Vodafonr has made allegation in Delhi High Coart that Jio is providing free Voice call servuce beyond the period of 90 days which is violation of TRAI rules. High Coart accepted the amemded allegation and will hear the matter on 27 July,2017.
