A 14-year-old boy has allegedly ended his life by jumping off a building here and police were probing if the incident is linked to 'Blue Whale' suicide challenge as his friends were discussing the online game. A person, who was standing near the building at the time of the incident, alerted the police. In an interview with Sputnik, Syria's Deputy Foreign Minister pointed the finger at "some Western countries" which he said prefer to invest in terrorism rather than fight to end it. Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al-Mikdad told Sputnik that there is an effective coordination between the Russian and Syrian leaders at various levels. According to him," at the current stage, the country's policy is pursued in two parallel directions." "The first aspect is related to the military struggle against terrorism. In this area, Syria has achieved outstanding success thanks to the support of its Russian allies," al-Mikdad said. #Wahhabi States, US, EU compensate Syria for your call for Regime Change, bombings, support of #terrorists.#Syriahttps://t.co/ja8am8pxT2 — Human Guardians (@humanguardians) 22 懈褞谢褟 2017 谐. "World-class" Daniel Sturridge will be like two new signings for Liverpool if he is fit and firing this season, according to team-mate Adam Lallana. Despite links with Paris Saint-Germain and West Ham earlier in the transfer window, the striker has remained at Anfield and Lallana feels he is looking better than ever, tipping him for a huge 2017-18 campaign. Liverpool face Bayern Munich in the Audi Cup on Tuesday, having beaten Hertha Berlin 3-0 on Saturday as part of a pre-season campaign that has seen Sturridge play in all five games. While Jurgen Klopp's men have so far failed to land Virgil van Dijk from Southampton and could not bring in Naby Keita from RB Leipzig, Lallana is buoyed by the form of Sturridge as the new campaign draws closer. "Studge has been absolutely brilliant in pre-season so far," Lallana told reporters. "He's looking really sharp and to have him firing on all cylinders would be like having two new signings, if we can keep ...

BUDAPEST: Ferrari's Formula One championship leader Sebastian Vettel took pole position at the Hungarian Grand Prix on Saturday as Mercedes title rival Lewis Hamilton missed out on a record-equalling career 68th. The German's Finnish team mate Kimi Raikkonen sealed Ferrari's front row lockout, with the Italian glamour team back to their best after recent setbacks while Mercedes wondered where their previous pace had gone. "The car was fantastic today, it was really a pleasure to just go around," said Vettel after taking his 48th career pole on a hot afternoon at the Hungaroring. His sizzling time of one minute 16.276 seconds was an absolute record for the slowest permanent circuit on the calendar. "Obviously the last race wasn't great for us but it doesn't matter now," added the four-times world champion, who finished seventh at Silverstone two weeks ago with a late blowout slashing his lead over Hamilton to a single point. WHO reports viral Hepatitis B and C affected 325 million people and caused 1.34 million deaths in 2015, and is calling for the elimination of the public health threat by reducing new infections by 90 percent and death by 65 percent by 2030. Officials say it can be done if countries show the political will and invest in available tools to rid the world of the ailment. They say the epidemic of Hepatitis B, which mainly affects the African and Western Pacific regions, can be prevented by vaccinating infants against the disease. The latest twist in the unbelievable Neymar saga could see Barcelona sensationally gazump hated rivals Real Madrid in the chase for Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe, with gossip from Spain suggesting Los Blancos president Florentino Perez fears the worst. There had been little doubt that Mbappe would ultimately end up at Real when he felt it was right to leave Monaco, with the only real questions over the fee that would be paid to the French champions and assurances for the player about game time. Earlier this week it was reported that a deal totalling €180m was agreed, but Diego Torres Romano of Madrid-based newspaper El Pais, a journalist with close ties to Real, has suggested that Perez actually fears Mbappe has an agreement with Barça in light of the Neymar sale. Florentino teme que el Barça tenga firmado a Mbappé y venda a Neymar al PSG. Esto le bloquearía la compra de Mbappé y la venta de Cristiano. The US move will keep China's expanding navy busy in the South China Sea and make it difficult for Beijing to deal with its territorial disputes with other countries such as India and Japan at a time when the Communist Party is preparing for a conclave which will see major political changes. The new plan, which was submitted by US defence secretary Jim Mattis, involves a full-year schedule of when US navy ships will sail through contested waters. But Messi cut a more upbeat figure Saturday, linking up well with fellow forwards Neymar and Paco Alcacer while picking apart the Juve back line. "I'm not discovering Messi," Valverde said. He won in 9.95 seconds, three hundredths of a second ahead of American Isiah Young. South Africa`s Akani Simbine was third in 10.02. Before the meeting, Bolt went to Germany to have treatment for back issues that have troubled him for years. It said the Palestinian killed a man and two of his children, while a woman was wounded and taken to a hospital. The man’s grandchildren were present but not harmed, it said. The army released footage showing a blood-covered kitchen floor. It said senior military officials were meeting overnight to discuss how to proceed. A military spokesman called the Palestinian attack “a massacre.” Israel TV’s Channel 10 said the assailant was in his late teens and had poste...
